Combine identity, point earning, progress, and reward redemption in one card participants can use on a phone.
Contents
What you can use it for
Replace a paper card with progress that a member can retrieve after login. Points can represent purchases, check-ins, workshop participation, visits to campaign projects, or other verified tasks. The admin view keeps point and redemption records together so staff do not need to reconcile several paper lists.
What it looks like
Preview and card settings
The editor preview shows the card, code input, and redemption controls. The form controls card mode, point count, direction, layout, and colors.
Card layout and point threshold
You can use a fixed layout and set a completion threshold from 3 to 10 points.
Point codes and missions
Codes may carry points, availability, validity, and use limits. Missions offer another controlled source of points.
For a shorter walkthrough, see How to Set Up a Digital Loyalty Card. The current editor and this guide remain the functional reference.
The highlighted mission block shows a configured mission with its status, point value, and redemption control.
How it works
Completion threshold
The card reaches its reward state when the configured point count is met. Choose the threshold before producing artwork.
Card appearance
Layout and direction control how progress is displayed. Confirm that completed and uncompleted states are distinct.
Point sources
Codes and missions determine where points come from. Set their values and limits deliberately and do not publish sample codes.
Redemption
Separate the remaining-point calculation from whether another collection cycle is allowed. Write staff instructions for verifying and completing redemption.
Member identity
Login determines whose progress is being loaded and updated. Test logout, return visits, and a second device before launch.
How to get started
- Define the earning rule, completion threshold, reward, and redemption process.
- Configure and test the login method.
- Choose the point count and card layout, then design every progress state.
- Create production codes or missions with correct points, limits, and dates.
- Earn points to the threshold, redeem once, and verify the next card state.
- Give staff a short recovery procedure for invalid or already-used codes.
