Keep JPG and PNG images in the editor under 3 MB. GIF and APNG files are not re-encoded or resized by the system, so reduce their file size before uploading. Then test the published project URL in an incognito window, on another network, or on another device. If the image still cannot load, send customer support the page URL, device, browser, and image file for review.

Purchase the "FB Pixel and GA4" advanced feature before you can enter a tracking code. 1. In Google Analytics, create a GA4 property and a "Web" data stream. Copy the Measurement ID that starts with G-. 2. In the project dashboard, open "Publish Settings", then "Advanced Settings". Under "Tracking Code Settings", enter the Measurement ID in the Google Analytics 4 field and publish the project. 3. Open the published project URL and complete one response. The preview page does not load the creator's GA4 configuration. 4. Use the GA4 "Realtime report" to confirm that data is received. If debug mode is enabled, you can also use DebugView. Other reports can take 24 to 48 hours to show complete data. When the project is embedded in an iframe, this GA4 setup tracks only the quiz pages and interactions inside the iframe. It does not automatically track activity on the surrounding website.

Due to Instagram's official regulations, direct sharing via links is not possible. However, many teams will: 1.Create the first image on the results page (typically the result image) in a size suitable for posting Instagram stories. 2.Add text below the image, prompting and guiding respondents to "long-press to save the image" and "share to Instagram."

How can I renew a yearly pro plan? For monthly Pro Plan users: You’ll need to wait until your current plan expires before purchasing another long-term plan. For yearly Pro Plan users: You can renew with monthly units (in 0.5-month increments) directly in the dashboard. To purchase another yearly Pro Plan, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

After your plan ends, your test projects and response data will be stored for at least 6 months. We recommend downloading and saving your data in advance. You can also log in again and re-publish your project using the free plan. Note: If you purchase a new plan within 6 months of expiration, the 6-month retention period will be recalculated based on the new plan’s end date.

The activation of the purchased plan starts from the moment the credit card purchase is completed. You can use the platform without collecting personal data as long as you do not set questions that inquire about personal information (such as name, birthday, phone number, email, address, etc.). This way, personal data will not be collected. For a complete definition of personal data and related regulations, please refer to our terms and sevices.

A response counts as 1 only after the player completes the module's answers or interaction and the system submits the data. Opening a page or leaving before completion does not count. Completion points by module: ・Psychological Test, Survey, Multi-Psychological Test, and Scoring Test: all questions are completed and the player reaches the results page. ・Timed or reaction modules (Scoring Challenge, Dodging Runway, Match pop, Seek and Find, and Dodge or Catch): time runs out or the end condition is met, then the player reaches the results page. ・Lottery or divination modules (Scratch-off Lottery, Gacha Lottery, Spin Wheel, Slot Machine Lottery, Lucky Draw, Jiaobei Toss, and Claw Machine): one interaction is completed and a result is displayed. ・Custom Image Generator: one image is completed. View the current counted responses in "Analytics" in the dashboard.

Response limits apply only to players who sign in successfully. If a particular social sign-in method is unavailable, first enable another sign-in method in "Logging Requirements Settings". Without sign-in, the system cannot limit responses by account. After enabling sign-in, use "Account Limit Settings" in the same section to choose "Total limit" or "Daily limit", then set each account to 1 through 99 responses. Each sign-in method is counted separately. The "Daily limit" resets every day at 00:00 (UTC+8).

You have three options: 1. Enable another sign-in method in "Logging Requirements Settings" so players can sign in with a different account. You can also ask players in the event description to open the project link in Chrome or Safari. 2. Purchase the "Collect Player Data on Result Pages" advanced feature. This displays a form on the results page where you can collect a name, phone number, or email address. 3. Add a "Short Text" question and enable "Is Required?" so players must enter the information before completing their response. Options 2 and 3 do not require player sign-in, so you can still collect a list when social sign-in is unavailable.

You can make adjustments at any time after publishing the project, but we recommend: ・Making minor adjustments to the text while maintaining the original intent to ensure higher referenceability of the statistical data. (Making significant changes may result in receiving data of different nature in the same data field.) ・For major adjustments, we suggest duplicating the project, applying the modifications, and then republishing it.

After any paid plan takes effect, responses beyond 1,000 are unlocked. ・Lite Plan: Each purchased month includes 1,000 responses, and credits accumulate when you purchase multiple months. When the credits are used, the project stops accepting new responses. To resume collection: 　－ To resume immediately, choose "Upgrade to Pro". The Answer Data will directly track the click counts of all link buttons. If you want to track the click counts of link buttons independently, we recommend embedding UTMs into the links or creating different shortened URLs to track the click status more effectively.

For a Single Choice question, selecting an option normally advances the player to the next question without any setup. If "Enable answer feedback" is enabled, the explanation appears first and the player advances by selecting a button. To hide the "Next Question" button from the player view, select "Settings" at the top right of the question. In "Question Types Setting", choose "Single Choice" and enable "Is Required?". The button is hidden only when both conditions are met. If a Psychological Test question has never had a question type saved, its dropdown can display "Single Choice" even though its stored value is empty. Select another type, then select "Single Choice" again to save it. Save the question, then return to the question page and confirm that the button block is gone. Multiple Choice, Short Text, Long Text, Rating, and other question types retain the "Next Question" button. If the player has not answered, it blocks progress and displays a prompt. For a Multi-question-per-page Survey, the page-advance button is always shown. Making questions required only prevents an incomplete page from continuing. The "Next Question" switch in "Block Adjustment" is locked and cannot hide the button.

With this feature, you can customize the data collection based on your needs. For general image fields, follow the on-screen guidance: "The recommended maximum width is 1200 pixels, and the height can be freely decided." Dedicated placements for Spin Wheel, Gacha, Scratch-off Lottery, and Claw Machine have their own recommended dimensions; follow the guidance shown in that field. Static images (JPG, PNG): There is no hard file-size limit, and a large file is not rejected solely for its size. The system proportionally reduces an image only when its width exceeds 1,920 pixels or its height exceeds 14,000 pixels, then re-encodes it when saving. Large images can load slowly for players, so compress them before uploading. GIF/APNG: These files are not resized or re-encoded. Files over 3 MB cannot be uploaded and show "The file size exceeds 3MB." Reduce the file size before uploading. Uploading GIF files requires the "Upload GIF" advanced feature. Without it, the "GIF" option remains visible but cannot be selected and displays an upgrade prompt. Custom Image Generator: Layers have a fixed width of 1,200 pixels. Player upload fields accept only JPG and PNG, even when the GIF feature has been purchased. Other fields have separate limits: AI-generation reference images and "Contact Us" attachments are limited to 5 MB, and background music is limited to 4 MB.

The operation steps are as follows: 1.Go to "Personalized Result" to create different results. On each Result Page, go to the "Share Settings" section at the top of the page, and set the corresponding "Title," "Description," and "Thumbnail Image." 2.Make sure that the "Share Button" section in the "Block Adjustment" at the top of the page is set to display. 3.Go to the "Share Button" section, and adjust the "Share Mode" to "Result" to complete the setup. 4.After completing the setup, when respondents share through the "Share Button," the corresponding preview image of the "Personalized Results" will be displayed. Additional reminder: ・If the data in step 1 above is not filled in/uploaded, the thumbnail setting will be based on the "Thumbnail Image" in the "Share and Publish Settings" page. ・If respondents directly share the "Page URL," the thumbnail setting in the "Social Thumbnail" of the "Share and Publish Settings" page will also be displayed. *Note: We recommended users set the "Social Thumbnail" in the "Share and Publish Settings" page to ensure that the shared thumbnail looks more professional!

Connection layer: The site uses HTTPS/TLS for encrypted connections. Production traffic is delivered through Cloudflare CDN, which also provides DDoS protection. The Next.js application runs on Vercel. Data services: OOOPEN Lab uses Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage, and Cloud Functions.
