Introduction to OOOPEN Lab Paid Plans
Starter Plan
- Unlimited project creation and publishing.
- Unlimited responses, but only the first 1,000 records can be viewed/exported.
- To view/export beyond 1,000 responses, upgrade to the Pro plan to purchase additional responses.
- Not available for external links and discount codes.
- Not available for add-ons of advanced features.
- Not available for add-ons of extra responses.
- Ads displayed in projects.
Lite Plan
- Unlimited project creation.
- Only 1 project can be live at a time.
- 1,000 responses per unit (Monthly)
- One-month purchase only; must repurchase after expiration.
- Multiple monthly units can be stacked; quota expires with the plan term.
- Once the play credits run out, the project stays published but stops accepting new responses — respondents see the Start button greyed out. Upgrade to the Pro Plan or buy more Lite Plan months to start collecting again.
- Available for external links and discount codes.
- Ads not displayed in projects.
- Available for add-ons of advanced features.
- Not available for add-ons of extra responses.
Pro Plan
- Unlimited project creation and publishing.
- 10,000 responses per unit (Monthly) or 30,000 responses per unit (Yearly).
- Multiple monthly units can be stacked; quota expires with the plan term.
- Once the play credits run out, the project stays published but stops accepting new responses — respondents see the Start button greyed out. Buy more play credits to start collecting again.
- Available for external links and discount codes.
- Available for add-ons of advanced features.
- Available for add-ons of extra responses.
- Ads not displayed in projects.

How many accounts can the plan provide?
Currently, each plan is limited to 1 set of accounts. If you wish to share accounts among project partners, we recommend creating an event-specific mailbox and registering for OOOPEN Lab.
Will the plan be activated immediately after payment? Will OOOPEN Lab provide an invoice?
When purchasing online with a credit card, you can fill in the company name and tax ID during the purchase process. After the purchase is completed, the system will send an electronic invoice to the designated email within 10 minutes (please pay attention to emails from ECPay).
Can additional Play Credits or Advanced Features be purchased after payment?
Both can be purchased simultaneously when purchasing the plan, or during the plan period after the event goes live. The validity period of additional play credits will be the same as the plan expiration date. For more information, see How is the Play Credits for modules calculated? The actual charges for Advanced Features will be calculated proportionally based on the plan duration.
When does the Plan Expiration Date start to calculate? Does it start after publishing?
The plan takes effect as soon as payment goes through — unless you chose a future start date at checkout, in which case the plan waits until that date and its duration is counted from then, not from the payment. (In the order data this waiting state is pendingActivation, set from the order’s activationDate.)
For example, in the case of the monthly pricing plan, if the purchase is completed at 12:00:00 noon on 07/31/2023, the plan will expire at 11:59:59 PM on 08/30/2023, with a total duration of approximately 30.5 days.
Will projects be automatically unpublished after the plan expires?
What happens at expiry depends on one checkbox. In Publish Settings, if “Do not interrupt the project’s publish status when the subscription plan changes.” is set to Yes, the project switches to the Starter Plan and stays published. If you have not, it is unpublished, and anyone opening its original URL sees the screen below. So projects are not all taken offline automatically — it depends on that setting.
Will projects and data disappear after the Plan Expiration Date?
We do not promise a fixed retention period after a plan expires — how long the data stays available can depend on your plan and your account. So download the response data you need before the plan expires or the project wraps up.
